Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events. Popular dates fill up fast — call us to check availability.

Do you travel outside the RGV?

Yes! We serve the entire Rio Grande Valley including McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, Harlingen, Brownsville, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for events beyond 30 miles.

How much space does the booth need?

The traditional and 360 booths need approximately a 10×10 ft area. The Selfie/Roamer requires much less space since it moves around the venue.

Can I extend my rental time?

Absolutely. Extra time can be added at an hourly rate — just ask when you book and we’ll work it into your package.

Are prints really unlimited?

Yes! The Traditional 2×6 package includes unlimited prints for the full 2-hour rental. Every guest can take home a keepsake.

Do you provide the backdrop?

Yes — the Traditional 2×6 package includes a FREE 8-foot inflatable backdrop. You can also bring your own if you have a custom backdrop for your event.
